NCS is the data controller for the processing of personal data that we have received about you.
NCS’ processing of personal data takes place in accordance with applicable law.
When you submit your personal data to NCS, you also give consent for your personal data to be processed by NCS.


Collection of personal data
NCS collects personal data as follows:


  • In connection with sales, where offers for NCS’ services are requested or a cooperation agreement is requested.

  • In connection with the performance and/or delivery of our services.

  • In connection with recruitment.

  • When you contact us by phone or by e-mail.


NCS collects the following types of personal data:


  • Name, job title, telephone number (work-related), e-mail address (work-related) and other company information.


Purpose of collecting personal data:


  • To accommodate requests for quotations on our services.

  • To perform and deliver ordered services.

  • To manage your relationship with us.

  • To meet legal requirements.

  • To develop and improve our services.


Basis for treatment
NCS will typically process your personal data when necessary so that we can meet your request for an offer on our services, so that we can perform and deliver ordered services or to handle your contact with us, for example in connection with job search.


Your rights
You have a number of rights in relation to your personal data:


  • You have the right to gain insight into what personal data NCS processes about you.

  • You have the right to have your personal data corrected and updated.

  • You have the right to have your personal data deleted.

  • You have the right to withdraw your consent to us processing your personal data.

  • You have the right to complain about the processing of your personal data to a data protection supervisory authority (the Danish Data Protection Agency).


You can ask us to gain insight into what personal data we have on you, have your personal data updated, have your personal data deleted or have your consent withdrawn. If your request does not compromise other people’s privacy, trade secrets and intellectual property rights, we will grant your request.You can send your request to us at gdpr@nordiccontrolsystems.com. Your request must include your name, telephone number and email address.


You can also contact us at gdpr@nordiccontrolsystems.com if you believe that we process your personal data in violation of the law.


If you would like to request insight into what personal data we have about you, we will send you an overview of this data within 20 working days after we have received your request. You will receive the list by email.


If you want to request that your personal data be updated or deleted, we will first check whether the conditions for this are met. If necessary, we will update or delete your personal data as soon as possible.


NCS may reject your request if it requires disproportionate technical intervention, if it affects the protection of the personal data of others or if it is considered to be extremely complicated.


If you are looking for a job at NCS
When you apply for a job with us, we process the personal data you have given us in connection with your application.


Your personal data is used to assess whether we can offer you employment with us and for communication with you in connection with the recruitment process. Only a few trusted employees have access to your personal data.


If you are employed by NCS, we process your personal data in accordance with our personal data policy for employees.


If you are not employed by NCS, we will delete your personal data after processing. In the event that we wish to retain your personal data thereafter, we obtain your consent to this.


Data security
NCS protects your personal data against unauthorized access and disclosure as well as data loss. We use measures, instructions and established procedures to protect your personal data.


All our employees are instructed in fixed procedures for processing personal data. Only trusted employees are granted access to sensitive personal data.


NCS takes regular backups to avoid data loss.


In the event of a security breach with the risk of discrimination, identity theft, financial loss, loss of reputation or significant inconvenience to you, we will notify you as soon as possible.


NCS has entered into a data processor agreement with all our suppliers, which processes personal data on our behalf.


NCS may in certain cases disclose your personal data if required by law, a government decision or applicable law.


NCS deletes your personal data when we are no longer required by law to store data, or when there is no longer any purpose for the processing.
